Menopause hot flash
When there's a hot feeling particularly on the neck and the face, associated with headache, heart palpitations, sweating, anxiety and dizziness, there no mistake that you have a hot flash. Hot flash may last from seconds to an hour. Its severity may range from mild to severe. Most of the women who experience menopause suffer hot flash.
The mechanism of hot flash is actually simple. The blood vessels on the neck and head enlarge that allows mire blood to pass than the normal one. This gives the hot feeling and causes other symptoms. Unfortunately, it is still unknown for the cause of the dilating of the blood vessels.
